Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 10 September at 6:00pm

All Management Committee positions are vacated at each AGM, and we select the next year’s committee members. If you wish to nominate a current financial member for a committee position, you will need a seconder and the approval of the nominee. Fill in the Nomination form below and return it by post (PO Box 201, Beenleigh 4207) fill it in digitally and send a copy to info@beenleightheatregroup.com. This will need to be completed and returned by 6pm Wednesday, 27 August 2025. Names of all nominees will be posted one week later.

The Vice President and the remaining General Member position remain open. Nominations may be accepted from the floor at the AGM.

Beenleigh Theatre Group prides itself on its members. Without our members, we simply wouldn’t exist. This also extends out to all the wonderful volunteers that make up our membership base and continue to support us in anyway possible.

​Crete Street is a fully functioning theatre. That means we are always looking for people to join each area of the theatre.
